Nur Izzati Binte Kamisan
My name is Nur Izzati Binte Kamisan. I was diagnosed with terminal cancer in 2014, just before my 21st birthday. The oncologist said I had only a few months left. I was in shock. I had two choices: to give up or fight for my life.
I chose to fight. But my fight is not just about me. Which was why I decided to write this book. A short little story about my struggle which I hope will give encouragement to others to continue to live their life no matter how difficult it could be.
My message is to those who think death is a better option when they are suffering or in pain. It is not. There is always a silver lining. There is always hope.
