Biography

I’m a writer from the Philippines. I’m sixteen, and have written my first published short story — The Journey to Happiness — at the same age. My love for writing blossomed through reading fiction books. I’m a secondary-level student at Madre Maria Pia Notari School.

My love for writing started at a young age. The questions I ask about the world allow me to use “what-if” scenarios as the backbone of almost every story I write. I adore writing because it permits me to create worlds far beyond our own, providing hope and comfort to others.

The Young Author Scheme taught me to work well with deadlines and communicate with fellow young writers when plotting a group story. It enabled me to deepen the way I plot my stories, providing certain techniques which allow both the plot and the characters to reach their full potential.
