The 16th Asia Young Author Award is now open for registration. Building the Next Generation of Thinkers and Writers
- Winners and finalists will have their stories published in paperback, ebooks and in the Young Reader Club magazine. (Parents/ guardians will be executing the contract on their behalf).
- Winners and finalists will also have a chance to be invited to write for YRC and participate in social responsibility projects with the Catherine Khoo Writing Foundation.

Malaysia Young Author Award
As part of our aim to nurture the next generation of thinkers and writers, the Unique English Classroom is the proud organizer of the Malaysia Young Author Award (MYAA). The purpose of MYAA is to provide a platform for young talents to improve their creative writing skills and boost confidence each time they pick up a pen. This will be a best opportunity for them to write and create Ideas for their own story. We wish to promote excellence in writing and to identify the best talents in Malaysia.

Philippines Young Author Award
As part of our aim to nurture the next generation of thinkers and writers, the Unique English Classroom is the proud organizer of the Philippines Young Author Award 2022. This writing workshop and competition will identify the best talents that will represent the Philippines in the Asia Young Author Award (AYAA). The stories will be submitted for the Asia Young Author Awards Competition in Singapore in August 2022. AYAA aims to recognize the most prolific budding writers in the Asian region.
